Update for the Week
Friday, June 27th, 2008Sorry, been quite busy lately. I have worked out on schedule as I have promised.
Thurs – today was a full-body work-out / cardio based high repetition
Wed – 30 min of upper body / hypertrophy
Mon – A BootCamp, full-body
Sat – A 1 hr Jog with a client. (Boy it was tough)
Lately I am eating a lot more Protein and starting to notice the changes in? my body.
