Update for the Week

Friday, June 27th, 2008

Sorry, been quite busy lately. I have worked out on schedule as I have promised.

Thurs – today was a full-body work-out / cardio based high repetition

Wed – 30 min of upper body / hypertrophy

Mon – A BootCamp, full-body

Sat – A 1 hr Jog with a client. (Boy it was tough)

Lately I am eating a lot more Protein and starting to notice the changes in? my body.

Man, what a great work-out yesterday and today. Yesterday was all upper body for 45 min.

Great soreness today. Thank-God I didn’t do legs because today? for my Trainers On Site Business I jogged with a client for 1 hr. I could feel every leg muscle working. It was great.

Looking forward to tomorrow.

Fitness, what else?

Hi there. This is my 1st WordPress Blog. I was using Blogspot.com, but my designer assured me?? that the WordPress service was better. So here we go…

I am still on track to my Fitness tradeshow August 13th – 17th 2008. My company TRAINERSONSITE will be there and I should definitely represent us the best in front of our peers.

With that being said, today I am going to lift heavy and with 1:30 min of rest in between. Upper body work-out for 45 min.

I just completed a full-body circuit type work-out on Saturday.

Speaking of Saturday, I was re-inspired again to be amazingly fit. I was at the FAME (Fitness and Model Expo) show. A lot of fit people. Poor tradeshow though.

Even In-Home Personal Trainers need inspiration and motivation to work-out.
