Rob Foster here, your #1 In home personal training solution?from Brampton talking about the action-packed weekend all of us fitness professionals had at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre this past weekend.
It was a blast! There were thousands of people looking to learn more about fitness and many curious if it is quite possible for them to attempt to even get fit.
This is why CanFitPro lined up the many celebrities attending the tradeshow of this action-packed conference. Some stars to name a few were; Helen Phillips from the Biggest Loser, Sean Sherk from the UFC, Rosalie Brown (personal friend of mine) from the Shopping Channel, World renown Nutritionist Dr. Joey Shulman, Tosca Reno from the Eat-Clean Diet series and many more.
If you missed it this year, make sure to mark it on your calender for next year as a must attend. It was a great conference. And yes of course Trainers On Site had a booth there as well.
