My best way to lose weight is to not eat after 7pm.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day from 8 – 10 glasses a day.
and eat clean.

Anna. Sorry you couldn’t see the video. I had others who could see it. Drinking water is great. Not eating after 7pm could be good if you are going to bed before 10pm.
